With the rapid growth in anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health illnesses, more than a million children receive medications before the age of 6 to treat mental health issues, in-turn preventing healthy brain development. Those medications provide temporary relief but do not solve the root of the problem.
Nimi Minds Mindfulness Kit is part of Nimi brand of mindful toys. The kit is an interactive set of child-focused Mediation Bedtime Story and an exercise Yoga Book led by an adorable mascot Nimi, helping children improve and develop mental & physical health through entertainment.

Meditation Bedtime Story
The book educates children and parents on the benefits of yoga and meditation. Most importantly it provides a meditation bedtime story with the structure of a yoga nidra meditation and a variety of themes (various decks of cards) that could be inserted into the book to create a personalized adventure based on the interests of the child. Below is shown an example of the theme cards titled "Space".

Yoga Book
To prepare children for meditation and enjoy the benefits of yoga the interactive flip through Yoga Book was created. It is structured to create a healthy yoga flow designed specifically for children. Children can flip through and create their own yoga flows thus being more engaged with the practice of yoga. The book is a two side triangular shape with one side highly illustrative (facing the child), and the back side typographic (facing the parents). The parent will be able to guide their child with the instructions they're facing. The child and parent will be on opposite sides of the book to help parents guide their child through each pose.
